At FinnStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic design purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging and include a copy of your packing slip with the RA number clearly marked.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
